Kraft Shabbat To Go

What’s Kraft Shabbat To Go and how does it work?

Kraft Shabbat To Go is a delicious meal with the option to eat outdoors with new and old friends in a physically distanced but socially connected way! Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Kraft Shabbat To Go is offered *free of charge* to all  Columbia/Barnard undergraduate students. Graduate students, please reach out to Amanda Snow, Director of Graduate Student Life with questions about Shabbat dinners through the Grad Network.

Sign up below by Wednesday at noon, and on Thursday afternoon you’ll get an email with detailed instructions on how to enjoy your Kraft Shabbat To Go.

Important! Read this before signing up:

  • Please note that it’s harder for us to accommodate walk-ins this semester, and for this reason we strongly encourage you to sign up by Wednesday at noon. If sign up has closed and you’re interested in picking up a Shabbat meal, reach out to (please include any dietary restrictions)  and we’ll see what we can do.
  • When you sign up and don’t show up to pick up your meal, a few things happen! First, we worry about you. Let us know that you’re ok and if you need anything. Second, we waste money and food, since we order specifically for you. If you sign up and do not pick up your food two times in a semester and do not give us a heads up, we will be unable to continue providing you with a free Shabbat meal. We understand that things come up, we simply ask that you reach out to if you know you won’t need your dinner, so that we don’t worry about you or waste money and food, and continue providing you with delicious Shabbat meals!

Sign up for Friday, April 23 by noon on Wednesday!
