This year, over 40 student leaders came together for our Leadership Retreat, filled with games, bonding activities, s’mores, and a camp-style vibe!
Students explored how to be the best leaders they can be and shared ideas about what they want Columbia/Barnard Hillel to look like this year.
Through Leadership Retreat, we aim to cultivate a cohesive group of Hillel Leaders dedicated to fostering inclusive environments for Jewish students, creating a culture of Hillel leadership that is welcoming, present, and vibrant.
