Resources for Engagement Fellows
Tracking form: Track your 1:1s and event attendance. If you have a question about how to fill out this form, contact your advisor.
Order form: Submit all food orders using this form at least a week before your event. All food orders should be made using this form, unless you are purchasing food from Morton Williams or have discussed extenuating circumstances with Dena or your staff advisor. Food from Morton Williams should be purchased with the Mortons form on Dena’s desk. If you have questions regarding ordering supplies/food, please contact Maia.
Reimbursement form: Fill out this form to be reimbursed for independent purchases made for a 1:1 or event. In the “budget” question, write “Engagement Fellows.” You will not be reimbursed for tax, so make sure to use a tax exempt form whenever possible (email Maia for a copy of this form). The form includes a space to list the attendance for an event – just write in “NA” and instead submit attendance with the tracking form above.
Receipt submission: Submit receipts from orders made with the Columbia/Barnard Hillel credit card (this means that you must keep receipts when you receive an order, even if you didn’t pay for it yourself!). The form includes a space to list the attendance for an event – just write in “NA” and instead submit attendance with the tracking form above.
