Family Weekend

Columbia/Barnard Hillel is excited to welcome families to campus during Columbia/Barnard Family Weekend! Advanced registration is required for all Family Weekend events and in compliance with Columbia University’s COVID-19 vaccination requirement, we ask that all attendees at our in-person event provide proof of vaccination. All in-person guests will also be required to fill out the Columbia University Health Screening Form upon entering the Kraft Center.

Virtual Family Salon

Join Columbia/Barnard Hillel, the Kraft Center for Jewish Student Life for a discussion on the evolving face of Jewish engagement on campus. The program will begin with opening remarks from Lavine Family Executive Director Brian Cohen and a 3-student panel discussion moderated by Associate Director Shana Zionts and continue with pre-registered topical breakout sessions led by members of the Kraft Center team.

Afternoon Reception

Stop by the Kraft Center and enjoy drinks and individually packaged hors d’oeuvres on our tented terrace. Hillel staff will be available to answer any questions.

Kraft Shabbat To Go
Date: Friday, October 15
Time: 7-9pm
Location: The Kraft Center for Jewish Student Life (606 W 115th St, between Broadway and Riverside)
Pre-order individually packaged Shabbat dinner to be picked up at the Kraft Center. Please note, we are unable to provide seating options for dinner.
