Event Requests

Below you will find our event request system. For any questions about requesting space, please reach out to Dena Feldman, Office Manager. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

Hillel Room Reservations Policy:

Hillel Groups: Please note ONLY group leaders (for HILLEL GROUPS) and other designated Hillel initiative leaders can request space for their events. If an outside organization would like to be hosted by a Hillel group, that is allowed, but the Hillel group must take on responsibility for all aspects of the program. Please email Orli Cohen, Vice President of Groups, with any questions.

Students may not book space on behalf of any other group or organization – outside groups/organizations are welcome to rent space through our COO, Jim Levin.

University Recognized Student groups: Non-Hillel student groups must be recognized by the University in order to request space in the Kraft Center. Space for non-Hillel student groups can be reserved two weeks in advance of the requested date. Non-Hillel student groups can only request rooms for no more than 2 hours per week. Each room requested by the same group counts as contributing to the total amount of time allotted per group. Hillel reserves the right to move or cancel the reservation.  Hillel cannot accommodate high-profile outside speakers for non-Hillel groups due to security constraints.
