Room Reservations

Below you will find our room reservation system. Please click here for step-by-step instructions for completing a room reservation request. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

Hillel Room Reservations Policy:

Hillel Groups: Please note ONLY group leaders (for HILLEL GROUPS) and other designated Hillel initiative leaders can request space for their events. If an outside organization would like to be hosted by a Hillel group, that’s fine, but that group takes responsibility for all aspects of the program. Students may not book space on behalf of any other group or organization – outside groups/organizations are welcome to rent space through Jim at

University Recognized Student groups: Non-Hillel student groups must be recognized by the University in order to request space in the Kraft Center. Space for non-Hillel student groups can be reserved two weeks in advance of the requested date. Hillel reserves the right to move or cancel the reservation.  Hillel cannot accommodate high-profile outside speakers for non-Hillel groups due to security constraints. 

Space requests are reviewed by the VP Groups and the Student Life Administrator on Monday mornings.
