Hillel Room Reservations Policy:
Hillel Groups: Please note ONLY group leaders (for HILLEL GROUPS) and other designated Hillel initiative leaders can request space for their events. If an outside organization would like to be hosted by a Hillel group, that’s fine, but that group takes responsibility for all aspects of the program. Please email Meital Galler at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Students may not book space on behalf of any other group or organization – outside groups/organizations are welcome to rent space through Jim at email@example.com.
University Recognized Student groups: Non-Hillel student groups must be recognized by the University in order to request space in the Kraft Center. Space for non-Hillel student groups can be reserved two weeks in advance of the requested date. Hillel reserves the right to move or cancel the reservation. Hillel cannot accommodate high-profile outside speakers for non-Hillel groups due to security constraints.
Space requests are reviewed by the VP Groups and the Student Life Administrator on Monday mornings.
