Lian Najami is the first Arab Israeli Rhodes Scholar, a disability activist, and public speaker. Her advocacy work focuses on the rights of people with disabilities and inclusive leadership. She will be meeting with The Grad Network Advisory Committee to explore what inclusive leadership looks like in The Grad Network, in Jewish community, and in their academic fields. This talk will inform future conversations with the Advisory Committee about creating inclusive Jewish community and inclusive conversations about Israel.
