At the bottom of this page is the Kraft Center event request system. Please note, reservations are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from a CB Hillel administrator. For any questions regarding space reservations, please reach out to Dena Feldman, Office Manager.
Columbia/Barnard Hillel Room Reservation Policy
CB Hillel Student Groups
Event requests for CB Hillel student groups can ONLY be submitted by group leaders and designated initiative leaders. When hosting outside organizations, CB Hillel student groups assume all responsibility of the event and must note the organization they are hosting in the event request. For any questions regarding this policy, Please email Rebecca Massel, Vice President of Groups.
University Recognized Student Groups
University recognized non-CB Hillel student groups can reserve space at the Kraft Center. Reservation requests must be received at least two weeks in advance of the commencement of the event and space may be requested for no more than 2 hours per week. CB Hillel reserves the right to move or cancel the reservation based on Kraft Center space availability and event category.
Columbia/Barnard students may not book space on behalf of any other group or organization.
External Groups/Organizations (University Affiliates and non-Affiliates)
Please use the system below to request space at the Kraft Center. We ask that reservation requests are submitted two weeks in advance of the commencement of your event. Once your request is submitted and space availability is confirmed, you will be provided with a rental contract. For any questions, please reach out to Tymothy Jaddock, Director of Operations.
