Elan Levine

Elan Levine is so excited to be returning to Columbia/Barnard Hillel as the IACT Birthright Coordinator. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina (rumor has it his accent comes out whenever he’s excited), Elan graduated in 2024 from the Joint Program between Columbia University and the Jewish Theological Seminary with degrees in Film & Media Studies and Jewish Literature. As an undergraduate, Elan served as an Engagement Fellow and Street Team Birthright Recruiter, where he developed his passion for Jewish engagement through the lens of community and relationship building. Outside of the Kraft Center, Elan loves watching movies and tv shows, reading (and hating) books he finds on booktok, doing karaoke, and cooking (especially if the recipe involves pasta)!
