Tymothy Jaddock is excited to join the Columbia/Barnard Hillel team as Director of Operations, bringing extensive expertise from his role as Director of Administration and Special Projects at the Solomon Schechter School of Manhattan. With a strong focus on enhancing operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives, Tymothy’s career in nonprofit management is complemented by a deep-rooted passion for dance and teaching. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Alberta and an M.A. in Dance Education and Ballet Pedagogy from New York University. Dedicated to professional development, Tymothy regularly attends conferences and trainings, most recently completing Prizmah’s capstone leadership development program, YOULead. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling across the United States and Canada, where he actively contributes to the dance community by teaching workshops and adjudicating dance competitions.
