Tymothy Jaddock serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at Columbia/Barnard Hillel, where he provides strategic leadership for the organization’s finance, human resources, operations, facilities, and administrative functions. He oversees the systems and infrastructure that support the Kraft Center’s programs, staff, and long-term organizational growth.

Since joining Columbia/Barnard Hillel in 2024, Tymothy has led initiatives to strengthen financial systems, modernize operational processes, enhance organizational policies, and improve administrative efficiency. His work focuses on building sustainable systems that enable the organization to operate effectively while advancing its mission and supporting an exceptional student experience.

Prior to joining Columbia/Barnard Hillel, Tymothy served as Director of Administration and Special Projects at Schechter Manhattan, where he oversaw cross-functional operations and organizational initiatives. He has built his career helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their operational capacity through thoughtful leadership, sound financial management, and strategic planning.

Tymothy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and a Master of Arts from New York University.
