Celebrate Tu Bishvat by growing microgreens with The Grad Network 3:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21 at The Kraft Center. Tu Bishvat, generally known as the birthday of the trees, was established to help farmers know when they could begin eating and enjoying the fruits from their trees. In honor of the holiday, grow nutritious and flavorful food! During you the event, you will plant three types of microgreens. Microgreens are typically ready to eat within 10 days of planting! The Grad Network will provide all of the planting materials.
